Ellie as we call her in the barn, is a beautiful bay mare with a sweet face, standing 16.1 hh. A perfect ladies horse! Ellie was purchased as an Eventing prospect. After a couple of years on the cross country course, she began to show more talent for the 20x60 sandbox than she did in the jumper ring. She has a lovely temperament, suitable for an amateur. She is brave, with the same attitude at shows as she has at home. In a line up of horses, Ellie stands out with her bold blaze, and sprinkles of grey accents on her sides and tail.
Ellie is currently being competed at 2nd and 3rd level with scores at 3rd level to 66%

"Bred in Holland, 'Fable' is one of only a few American-born, Dutch WBs to be approved by the NA/WPN. At his Keuring, Fable scored a '9' on his walk. Shown Training Level Dressage by and Amateur Owner. Scored 70% - won both AA classes entered. Showed Modified Jumper with many placings. 1994 - tied GTE Huntington Beach High Jump Class record of 6'6''.
Fable is sired by Sell Francis stallion Le Mexico that was imported and approved in Holland. Over 1400 registered offspring were sired by Le Mexico, many becoming Grand Prix level Dressage and Jumping talents. One of the best known approved sons of Le Mexico is Ulft; the sire line of the current dressage super-talent Valegro."
