Hotspot is an 11 year old imported gelding imported from Holland. Hotspot is a smart gelding who is schooling the I-2 level with pirouettes two tempi's piaffe and started on passage. He is a modern beautiful type that has three lovely gaits with talent to work through the levels. Hotspot is sound, loads, hauls, clips, and bathes. This would be a good mount for a confident amateur or U25 prospect.

De Niro, 2008 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, is referred to as "the embodiment of the Hanoverian stallion." De Niro is an exceptional stallion of superlative type and performance. He is a wonderful combination of the best bloodlines of Oldenburg and Trakehner, with a dash of Thoroughbred, insuring success as a sire of noble sport horses. He has made a name for himself across the world as a leading dressage sire. In 2018 he again became known as the World's Best Dressage Stallion by ranking #1 on the WBFSH Dressage Sire Ranking for the fifth time.
In 2017 De Niro's progeny showed incredible talent across the globe. In Germany, one very popular stallion by De Niro named Desperados FRH, and rider Kristina Broering-Sprehe, won the German team gold metal and the individual bronze metal at the Rio Olympics.
Not only has De Niro has become a legendendary dressage sire, he has also been very successful in the sport himself. He was competing at the Grand Prix level by age seven.
1997: De Niro was the Reserve Champion of the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf with an overall 141.93 and was the winner in dressage with a score of 145.41.
2000: At the age of 7, De Niro is already successful at Grand Prix
2001: De Niro wins at the German Championships for Professional Riders under Dolf-D. Keller
2002: International wins in the Grand Prix and Grand Prix Special in Saumur and Berlin
2003: De Niro wins the German Dressage Derby in Hamburg
2004: After having already produced two reserve champions, De Niro's son Dancier becomes the Hanoverian Licensing Champion in Verden.
2005: De Niro is the damsire of the Hanoverian Licensing Champion in Verden.
2006: De Niro has the largest contingency of offspring (14) at the Bundeschampionate in Warendorf.
2007: De Niro's son, Deveraux is the World Champion of the 6 year old Dressage Horses. More De Niro offspring are successful at Grand Prix.
2008: De Niro is named the Hanoverian Stallion of the Year.
2009: De Niro has two offspring in the European Championships, and with Dablino the most successful developing Grand Prix horse.
2010: De Niro is placed 5th on the World Breeding Federation for Sporthorses' list with 10 successful offspring competing internationally at Grand Prix. His son, Dablino ridden by Anabel Balkenhol, wins team bronze at the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky. De Niro's son, Desperados ridden by Falk Rosenbauer wins the German Dressage Derby in Hamburg.
2011: De Niro offspring earn over 230,000 Euro in winnings in 2011 pushing the total winnings of De Niro's offspring over the one million Euro mark.
2012: A total of 6 offspring traveled to the Olympic Games in London. For Germany: Desperados ridden by Kristina Sprehe, Dablino under Anabel Balkenhol, as well as the reserve horse, D'Agostino ridden by Fabienne Lütkemeier. For Spain, Delgado ridden by Beatriz Ferrer-Salat, for Belgium, Donnerfee under Claudia Fassaert, and the reserve horse for Canada, Devon L ridden by Diane Creech.
2013: De Niro confirmed his status as the best dressage stallions in the world. The German dressage team with Desperados and D'Agostino wins the gold medal at the European Championships in Herning. The De Niro-Rosario-son bred by Josef Greten sold Champion of the licensing in Oldenburg and for sensational 910,000 euros to the Danish Olympic rider Andreas Helgstrand.
2014: The German dressage team wins with Desperados - Kristina Sprehe and D'Agostino - Fabienne Meier Lütke the gold medal at the World Equestrian Games in Normandy. The winnings of his progeny increases to more than 2 million euros!
In 2015 Desperados with Kristina Boering-Sprehe and Delgado with Beatriz Ferrer-Salat won Silver and Bronze at the European Championships in Aachen, and in 2016 Desperados and Boering-Sprehe won the individual Bronze metal and the team Gold at the Rio Olympics. For the fourth time De Niro stands at the top of the world's best dressage stallions.
In his career as a sire, De Niro has produced over 86 licensed sons, and his offspring are successful in the dressage arenas world wide. De Niro has proven himself through his own performance in the show ring and through his offspring's exceptional achievements. Sadly, De Niro passed away in October 2017 at the age of 24 after ongoing laminitis problems but his legacy will live on for decades to come.
Dam by Metall
Metall is recommended as a dressage sire for the highest demands. With his son, Uthopia, he has already made dressage history by passing on his lightness and movement, as well as a talent for piaffe and passage. Metall is an impressively built stallion who competed successfully up to Prix St. Georges and has produced several Grand Prix horses and licensed sons, the most striking of which is, without a doubt, Uthopia.
Uthopia won Team Gold at the European Championships in Rotterdam and Silver in both the Grand Prix Freestyle and the Special. He often received a 10.0 for his trot work. This was also the case when he won team gold and was placed 5th individually overall (3rd in the Special) at the 2012 London Olympic Games.
Métall has also produced licensed stallions like Special D, Maserati, Memphis, Modjo, Uthopia and Ufo. Numerous progeny are not only competing successfully at advanced level in the dressage arena, but also in jumping where horses such as Rentall ridden by Kate Levy are successful in the 1.50 m classes. Metall's daughter Rabiola was the celebrated Grand Champion at Devon in 2006. In addition, his son, Ucento, placed himself in the medal ranks at the European Young Rider's Championships in 2009 and 2010.
According to the KWPN, Métall rightly received a very high breeding value and is noted for having nearly 40% Thoroughbred blood.
Metall's sire, Ferro, achieved the team silver medal as member of the Dutch team at the 2000 Olympic Games, placed sixth at the World Championships in Rome, and was second at the World Cup final in 1999. Ferro has produced numerous top horses. In the dressage world ranking of the WBFSH, he ranked fourth for dressage. His licensed son Rousseau was himself Vice World Champion for Young Dressage Horses and managed the masterpiece of presenting the KWPN champion stallion for the third time in a row.
Metall's dam's sire, Ramiro, belongs to the most famous sires in the world and produced numerous international championship horses like Olympic gold medalist Ratina Z. Metall stems from the Dutch mare line 8, well known as the Reina line, which belongs to the best mare lines in Dutch breeding. This line produced the stallions Bonaparte Z, Charmeur, Drakdream (performance test winner), Eros, Fuerst Frederik, Johnson (stallion champion), Kapriool, Mendel, Sir Primeur, Sultan, Udarco, and Waldo.
In 2013, Metall presented his offspring, and as expected, they were brilliant in type with outstanding gaits. Metall: the appearance of a Thoroughbred combined with top Dutch genetics.
