Flair is a beautiful black bay KWPN gelding standing approx 17.1 hands with a modern elegant build.  Flair just finished this week with a lesson in the 2019 Developing Clinic with USEF coach Charlotte Bredahl for ones to watch for the future.  Flair is confirmed 4th level with recent score (June 2019) of 68 %'s at the level! One of the double panel judges in his last test had him at a 70% with so much room for improvement as he gains strength. In his debut at PSG Flair won his class with very high marks from the judges. He was trending a 75% through the trot and walk work. He is a very talented and capable horse with so much room to grow once he develops a bit more strength in the flying changes. He is schooling I-1  level with half passes, working full pirouettes, and flying changes through the 2's with a great start to a talented piaffe passage.  Very uphill build and a beautiful type. He is flashy and sweet and gets noticed everywhere he goes. Flair has a lot of cadence starting in the trot and can sit well into the canter. He is a very mobile horse who is maneuverable and handy into his work. Flair is very light in the contact and is forward and easy off of the leg. He will develop nicely in the next few months as he develops his work towards the higher levels.

Flair handles shipping well and has been very brave with flapping tents and raining sideways.

Ready for Intermediare One very soon! Price will continue to increase with training. Flair continues to impress us with his work ethic and his adjust-ability. He is one for a talented Young rider or Pro looking to develop a horse to the Grand Prix. He is also suited for a good amateur rider as he is very comfortable to sit on and easy to frame. X-rays on file and has been very healthy!

Danish Dressage Champion 2008 and Olympic Bronze Team Winner in Hong Kong!

Don Schufro consistently produces top results. He became the undisputed Danish Dressage Champion and was part of the Danish Dressage Bronze Team at the Olympic Games in Hong Kong where he placed 11th individually.

At the Danish Stallion Licensing, Don Schufro was once again the sire of the 3-year-old Champion Stallion. For the second consecutive year a daughter of Don Schufro became Mare of the Year at the Oldenburg Elite Show in Rastede, Germany. In 2007 our mare Rebelle became Oldenburg Champion Mare and in 2008 it was Weihegold (dam sire Sandro Hit) who grabbed the champion title. In Denmark Don Schufro is the only stallion ever to have had three daughters that became Mare of the Year.

At the Danish Young Dressage Horse Championship Finals 11 out of 24 competitors had Don Schufro in their bloodlines! Eventually, the champion had Don Schufro as maternal grand sire, the runner-up had him as paternal grand sire and no. 4 and 5 both had Don Schufro as their sire.

The international dressage show circuit has been buzzing with one mare on everybody’s lips in 2008: Lone Jorgensen’s Donna Asana had her Grand Prix debut and completed her 2008 show record with 7 Grand Prix wins! She has gone directly into the FEI ranking as number 21.

Don Schufro is bred identically to Don Primero as their dams are full sisters. A full sister of Don Schufro is the dam to the approved stallions Cappuccino and Sunny Boy and another full sister is dam of the Austrian rising dressage star Pentagon’s Peron.
